Position Description

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is a fast-growing leader in the collision repair & autoglass industry known for its progressive culture.  Kirmac has an immediate need for a highly talented and skilled Store Manager.

Currently, Kirmac Collision & Autoglass' 300+ team members provide excellent customer service and quality repairs and turn the unfortunate situation of having an accident into a positive, lasting impression for our customers while supporting BC children's hospital through Kirmac Cares For Kids.  Kirmac Collision & Autoglass' sales continues to grow this past year, and with expansion into new markets, we are looking for a dynamic Store Manager. The right candidate will align with Kirmac's core values of Honesty, Care, Teamwork, and Respect and have an outgoing personality.

Manager Position Description, Goals, and Objectives:

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is looking for candidates with a business background in a Bodyshop or Autoglass environment.

Primary duties of a Manager include:

  • Assisting customers
  • Interacting with vendors
  • Maintaining a clean and organized location
  • Daily Production of the location
  • Ensuring KPI's are reached
  • Building a team environment & taking care of all hiring needs.
  • Achieving financial Plans
  • Training & Developing your team
  • Business Development

Behavioral Characteristics:

Beyond the formal requirements traditionally expected of a Manager, we are most interested in finding a Manager that meets our corporate culture and values, as "goodness of fit" is imperative for this hire. Consequently, to assist candidates in assessing their own suitability for the position, we will be conducting a behavioral assessment to help identify the ideal candidate.

Technical Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software
  • Able to be self-governing, proactive, and responsible for accomplishing company goals without the need for daily coaching or prompting from the location manager.

  • Able to problem solve and to exercise sound judgment and make good business decisions.
  • The position as a Manager is a time demanding position and you will need to be flexible and work the time required to be successful in this position.
